Dust Supression System:

Dust Suppression System is meant to suppress the coal dust generated during transfer of coal at feed/discharge points of conveyors in various transfer towers. Wetting Agents are chemicals that are added to water to improve the rate at which spray droplets wet dust particles.Dust Suppression System is basically designed to prevent liftoff of Dust from stockpiles and roads. Dust Suppression System controls Momentum and coverage of the water , spray is adjusted to optimize penetration  and enshrouding of the dust, while droplet  size and turbulence is adjusted to allow  contact and removal of particulate  with a  minimum of water.
